West Farm Development
By: Joe Flaxbeard with Lamp Rynearson
West Farm is a 500 Acre mixed use development at 144th and Pacific Street. Historically this land has been used in agriculture while the City of Omaha grew around it. West Farm will include retail, restaurant, office, mixed use, multifamily and single family residential along with abundant parks, trails and green space. In addition to the public improvement to the interior of the property, this project widened 144th Street from Dodge to Pine, and constructed a new bridge at 150th and Dodge to create a full movement interchange.
