Registration

• Beer Cart Sponsorship – $500.00
  Sponsorship for the event drink tickets. This sponsorship includes special recognition at the event and on the drink cart. This sponsorship does NOT include a team, please register a team separately.
• Corporate Sponsor with Golf Team – $500.00
  Please provide each Golfer's Information. This includes special recognition on a golf hole by way of an 18"x 24" tournament sign placed on the tee box. This sponsorship includes one 4-person team in the tournament.
• Dinner Sponsorship – $250.00
  Corporate Dinner Sponsorship includes special recognition at the dinner and during the Golf Event for their generous donation. This sponsorship does NOT include a team. Please register your team separately.
• Early Individual Registration – $75.00
  Register before April 1st and save $5 per registration!
  Please provide each golfer's Name, Company, and Contact information.
• Early Team only Registration – $300.00
  Register before April 1 and save $20 on your team registration! Please provide each Golfer's Name, Company, and Contact information.
• Individual Registration – $80.00
  If you are part of a team, please indicate which team you will be a part of.
• Team Only Registration – $320.00
