Beer Cart Sponsorship – $500.00
Sponsorship for the event drink tickets. This sponsorship includes special recognition at the event and on the drink cart. This sponsorship does NOT include a team, please register a team separately.
Corporate Level 1 Sponsor (w/1 Golf Team) – $500.00
Please provide each Golfer's Information. This includes special recognition on a golf hole by way of an 18"x 24" tournament sign placed on the tee box. This sponsorship includes one 4-person team in the tournament. Additionally, each corporate sponsor will be allowed to place 1-2 people from their company on a pre-determined hole to give out drinks/snacks/company swag to golfers.
Corporate Level 2 Sponsor (w/2 Golf Teams) – $900.00
Please provide each Golfer's Information. This includes special recognition on a golf hole by way of an 18"x 24" tournament sign placed on a tee box and company logos on all promotional material at the tournament. This sponsorship includes two 4-person teams in the tournament. Additionally, each corporate sponsor will be allowed to place 1-2 people from their company on a pre-determined hole to give out drinks/snacks/company swag to golfers.

The Engineers Club of Omaha will be hosting our annual golf tournament at Tara Hills Golf Course, Papillion, NE. Proceeds from the event will go to the Engineers Club of Omaha scholarship program. Last year, the tournament raised $4,500 which was our largest fundraiser to date and allowed the club to increase Scholarships awarded to $5,000 in 2020!!

The tournament is a 4 person "scramble" format. Entry fee includes - 18 hole green fee, cart rental, food (bagged lunch provided before the game) and 2 drink tickets. The option to purchase "mulligans" and other advantages will also be made available to keep the event fun and interesting. This event will be rain or shine. Registrations can be done online, in person at ECO meetings or by mail. Questions can be forwarded to engclubomaha@gmail.com.

This year, to make this event safer, we will be utilizing Tee Times for each team. The first tee time will be 9 AM and the final tee time will be 12:30 PM. This will help ensure we don't end up with 70+ golfers in the club house all at the same time. Your registered team will be given the opportunity to pick your tee time a few weeks prior to the event.

We will also be providing all golfers with a bagged lunch before the tournament (sandwich, chips, cookie and drink) and will NOT be doing a dinner after the tournament. Prize drawings will be done by the Board following the start of the event and the winning tickets will be attached to each prize sitting in the club house. It will be the responsibility of each golfer who purchases raffle tickets to stop into the club house at some point during the game and check to see if they've won.

Additionally, safety precautions will be taken throughout the tournament to follow COVID guidelines.
